Google AdSense Launches Larger 300×600 Ad Unit Following Popular Demand

Google’s AdSense has launched a new larger, brand-friendly 300 x 600 ad-unit to meet the demands of web content producers and publishers. Last year one of the most requested ad-sizes was the 300 x 600, as publishers realized that larger screen sizes were increasingly being used to browse the web.
